Forging & Machining Process

1. Material Preparation:
   High-purity Monel 400 alloy billets are prepared using vacuum melting technology.

2. Hot Forging Process:
   Heated and forged between 900°C–1150°C to achieve a fine-grain, defect-free structure.

3. Heat Treatment:
   Solution annealing at 870°C improves mechanical uniformity and corrosion performance.

4. Precision Machining:
   The sealing face, inner bore, and bolt holes are precisely processed with CNC lathes.

5. Quality Control:
   Each piece undergoes dimensional inspection, ultrasonic testing, and penetrant testing to ensure flawless integrity.

6. Finishing:
   Final polishing and protective coating enhance both appearance and corrosion resistance.
